Service Agreement

Mutual rights and obligations between ScomAI and the user.

1. Parties and Consent

This agreement is concluded between the ScomAI platform and the registered user. By registering, the user is deemed to have accepted all articles in this agreement.

2. Use of Smart Systems

ScomAI provides its users with access to AI-based analysis systems. These systems process market data to produce strategic outputs. The user declares that they understand the operating principles and risks of these systems.

3. Financial Terms and Limits

Transactions on the platform are conducted via USDT (TRC20). The minimum withdrawal limit is 20 USDT, and a 72-hour cooldown period is applied after each successful withdrawal for system security.

4. Service Interruptions

ScomAI reserves the right to temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance or updates. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.

5. Termination of Agreement

ScomAI may unilaterally terminate the agreement and suspend the accounts of users engaged in misuse, fraud, or activities that threaten system security.
